1. Acceptance of These Terms

By using this website or submitting a form on it, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit your information.

2. Nature of Our Service

ChinaVisa Pro is an independent visa assistance service based in Juba, South Sudan. We help clients understand China visa requirements and prepare a complete, well-organized application. ChinaVisa Pro is not a government agency, is not a Chinese embassy or consulate, and does not issue visas. Final decisions on any visa application — including approval, denial, and processing time — are made solely by the relevant government authorities.

3. This Site vs. VisaDesk

This website is our marketing and intake site: it lets you learn about our services and share initial contact details through the Contact and Start Your Application forms. Formal applications, document collection and review, and case communication happen through VisaDesk, our separate internal application system, or directly with a member of our team. Submitting a form on this Site does not by itself constitute a completed application or a guarantee that we have begun working on your case — a member of our team will follow up with you to confirm next steps.

4. No Guarantee of Approval

While we provide professional guidance and application assistance, we cannot and do not guarantee that any visa application will be approved, or that it will be processed within any particular timeframe. Visa decisions, processing times, and requirements are determined by the relevant government authorities and can change without notice.

5. Client Responsibilities

When you work with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents;
• Provide requested information and documents in a timely manner, since delays on your part may delay or jeopardize your application;
• Be at least 18 years old, or submit a request on behalf of a minor only as their parent, legal guardian, or authorized representative; and
• Comply with the requirements of the relevant Chinese consulate, embassy, or other authority handling your application.

We are not responsible for delays, denials, or other consequences that result from inaccurate, incomplete, or late information you provide.

6. Fees

This website does not process payments, and submitting a form here does not create a payment obligation. Any service fees are discussed and agreed with you separately, before we begin paid work on your behalf. Government visa fees, courier fees, and similar third-party costs are separate from our service fees and are set by the relevant authority or provider, not by us.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this Site, including by submitting false or fraudulent information, attempting to interfere with its normal operation, or attempting to bypass rate limits, spam protections, or other security measures. We may block or refuse requests that we reasonably believe violate this section.

8. Intellectual Property

The text, graphics, logos, and other content on this Site are owned by ChinaVisa Pro or used with permission, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share this content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

This Site links to or relies on third-party services, including WhatsApp, Google Maps, and our email delivery provider, Resend. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that service's own terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and our guidance are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any visa requirement information will remain accurate as government policies change.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChinaVisa Pro and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost travel, missed events, or visa denial — arising from your use of this Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from services we directly provide will not exceed the amount you paid us for those services.

12. Termination

We may decline to accept, or may discontinue, an engagement at our discretion, including where information provided appears inaccurate or fraudulent, or where we reasonably believe continuing would violate these Terms or applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Sudan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different governing law is required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as our services and processes evolve. We will update the effective date above when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
