It applies only to this Site — not to VisaDesk, our separate internal application system, which is where visa applications and supporting documents are actually submitted and reviewed once you begin the formal application process.

• Start Your Application form: your name, email address, phone number, visa type, and, if provided, your intended travel date and any additional details you choose to share.

We also automatically process limited technical information needed to operate the Site securely, such as IP address and request metadata used to detect spam and abusive submissions (for example, to enforce a short-term limit on how many requests one visitor can send per minute). This technical data is used transiently for that purpose and is not compiled into a personal profile.

3. What We Don't Collect Through This Site

This Site does not ask for or accept passport numbers, passport scans, other identity documents, or payment card details. This Site does not process payments at all. Once you move forward with an application, those documents and any payment arrangements are handled directly by our team or through VisaDesk, not through the forms on this marketing website.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to your inquiry or application request;
• Provide guidance about visa categories, documentation, and next steps relevant to your situation;
• Follow up with you by email, phone, or WhatsApp about your request; and
• Maintain the security of the Site and prevent spam or abuse.

We do not use the information you submit through these forms for automated decision-making, and we do not sell your personal information.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: form submissions are delivered to our team by email through Resend, a third-party email delivery provider, which processes the message contents solely to transmit it to us.
• VisaDesk: if you proceed to a formal application, the information needed to do so is shared with or re-entered into VisaDesk, our internal application system.
• Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required to do so by law, or in a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or protect the rights, property, or safety of ChinaVisa Pro, our clients, or others.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

As of the effective date above, this Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not run any third-party tracking or advertising scripts. Your browser may store minimal, strictly functional data needed for the Site to work correctly. If this changes in the future — for example, if we add analytics to understand Site usage — we will update this policy to describe what is collected and how to control it.

7. Data Retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, assist with your application, and maintain business records of client communications, after which it is deleted or anonymized unless we are required to retain it for longer to meet legal or accounting obligations.

By using this Site, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in a country other than your own.
